How can I contact Edition Cat about my box subscription?

When will my subscription begin?
When you subscribe we post you out your first box and thereafter you pay on the 15th of every month that our magazine is published. We publish six issues a year so you will receive a box every second month when our magazine is out.
How much do I pay for my box?
We charge you £19.50 every time you're due a box. We charge you on the 15th of the month prior to your delivery. There's no joining fee and we won't charge you for amending or cancelling your plan. Delivery is also free, and there are no other hidden fees - like it should be!
How do I cancel?
We're sorry to see you go! To cancel, please email us on email@example.com or call us on 01383 852742 and we'll take care of the rest. Please note that you need to let us know you wish to cancel before your payment is taken on the 15th of each month
Can I get a refund?
Once the order has been processed on the 15th, we are unable to issue you with a refund unless the box is returned to us unopened or in a resell-able condition. As our subscription boxes are a surprise to all members, we are unable to issue refunds for those that dislike the contents. This does not affect your statutory rights.
When does my monthly box arrive? Following payment on the 15th of the month, we get ready for dispatch and delivery as soon as the latest issue of our magazine is published. If you paid later than the 15th, your box may arrive later. If you've just joined - welcome! Depending on when you signed up, you'll either receive the current box and then receive your next one as above. Please note the Royal Mail can take an extra day or two to deliver to addresses within Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Channel Islands. Occasionally, depending on local area demand, it can take an additional day to deliver to addresses within the UK mainland
What is the cut of date for making changes to my account?
If you need to make any changes to your membership, please do so before your next payment date, the 15th of the month, so that we can guarantee that they are actioned before your next box is dispatched. When does my subscription expire? Your subscription will automatically recur until you cancel. You can do so at anytime prior to payment being taken on the 15th of the month
I will be moving soon how do I change my address?
To change your address email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, current address and your new address. You should do this as soon as possible to avoid your box going to the wrong place.
What should I do if my box is late or is damaged?
If this happens sent us an email to email@example.com with your name and address and also your enquiry
